Maison Lavau is headed up by Frédéric and Benoit Lavau and Bénédicte Bonnet. The company owns 3 wineries in the southern Rhône Valley, and works in partnership with 350 winegrowers to make the vast majority of Rhône Valley appellations from Ventoux to the Côtes du Rhône, including top names such as Tavel, Vacqueyras, Gigondas and Châteauneuf du Pape. The Maison owns 4 vineyards in the southern part of the Valley, in the Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages Valréas, Rasteau and Châteauneuf du Pape appellations.
